What are your delivery options?

Domestic Shipping

 

We offer free ground shipping to Canada and the United States on all orders $200 and over.

 

Orders under $200 will be charged a standard $8 shipping fee within Canada plus applicable Canadian taxes. Items shipped to the United States will be charged a standard $10 shipping fee or $25 for tracked and insured shipping.

International Shipping

For overseas shipping a standard $18 shipping fee will be charged*. 

 

*Any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel arrives to its destination country must be paid by the recipient. Young & Blur has no control over theses charges as custom procedures vary from country to country.  Young & Blur is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods in transit.

How do I return an item?
 

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

To return a product, mail to:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to care for Jewelry?

 

Jewelry Care 

 

Be sure to treat and wear your jewelry with care. Store jewelry separately in an airtight bag or container and remove before going to sleep. Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, hairspray or any liquid. Protect jewelry from sharp blows, extreme temperatures, sunlight and rough or hard surfaces. 

Gold

 

Gold is naturally tarnish resistant, however it can get dirty or smudged. To keep it glowing, use warm water along with mild dish soap to clean, rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Gently polish with a polishing cloth or polishing pad for best results.

Sterling Silver

 

It is natural for the metal to oxidize or tarnish overtime when exposed to body oils, oxygen or moisture. To keep your piece looking its best, gently polish with a polishing cloth along with the appropriate polishing agent or a polishing pad.

Gold Filled or Plated

 

Care should be taken when wearing or cleaning your plated jewelry as plating can wear off slightly overtime especially with heavy use. Gold filled jewelry can last a very long time with proper care. To keep your piece looking its best, gently clean with a damp soft cotton cloth.

What is your returns policy?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.*

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@youngnadblur.com and send your item to:

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
